Meet Gamma, your new presentation copilot

Convert a notes document into a presentation

Now that you know more about Gamma, let’s walk through a step-by-step workflow on how to convert a notes document into a well-designed presentation with it.

Steps to follow:

• Click the Create New AI button in the Gamma dashboard

• Select the Import file or URL option

• Select the Upload a file option (or, Import from Drive) and choose your notes document or meeting transcript

• Choose the Presentation output format

• Select the number of slides, text per card, and image style

• Pick a theme and then generate your presentation with a click

And voila! You’ll have a fully-designed presentation from your notes file. You can update the images, format, and text in the presentation editor, and when you’re happy with it, export it as a PDF, PowerPoint, or publish it to the web.
